I died in pvp and got angry. I'm really surprised how well it runs on my computer. I thought I'd be having to manage at 40 fps cause my computer hasn't been updated in like 5 years but it runs at 60 fps easy.

I was reading that people have been generally amazed at how good the PC client is considering a release later than the one for consoles. Maybe they actually borrowed a page from the Blizzard part of Blizzard-Activision and made content that can scale really well.

Played some PvP with Razor. I really hope there's a game type with more than 4 people. It just seems so small. I think it needs to be 6 on 6 at the very least. AND WHERE'S THE TEAM DEATHMATCH CMON.

They need to take the e-sport angle that I'm perceiving they're going for, throw it out the window and add a huge map ala Big Team Battle, toss some vehicles in there and just let players blow each other up.

Also abilities charge WAY TOO SLOW. I get 1 super per match, and grenades and class abilities charge way too slow.

But the game runs smooth and the shooting is slick, they just need to add more science fantasy into the combat by letting me use my abilities more often.

I didn't run the Strike cause I want to save all the PvE stuff for when the game releases

You essentially get 3 abilities per class, 1 grenade, 1 ability, 1 super

My void warlock's ability is to set down a small aoe around himself that can either heal allies or give them weapon damage increase if they stand in it, depending on how I spec, the super is a giant kamehameha

Titan's can set down a bubble or tiny wall to fire over for their ability, and they can get a purple captain america shield as their super that they can hit people with

But it just feels like you only get to use abilities a handful of times, and your super once per pvp match, which is underwhelming

3rd person in social areas, first person for everywhere else as far as I know

gonna get this game despite my hate for the first game. Everyone seems very positive about it and that it runs so well on the pc makes it hard to resist. Destiny 1 would have been a good game if it had been on the pc, despite itself.

There is a character creator. Just mute the video, the guy is an abject fucking retard. YouTube is a fucking mess right now and this is the only video I could find of the character creation, despite the game being released today on console.
