I know you love Asian MMO's Badfo, how's Black Desert?

I love Asian MMOs before they come out and I am faced with actually playing them.

I haven't tried it. I've heard it's really grindy and generic but the combat can be fun. Don't know if I'll give it a shot yet. I'm pretty sure I'm damaged goods when it comes to MMOs now.

You can apparently build boats but there are only rafts, rowboats and a small fishing boat.

If you could build more boats I would play.

I got my hands on a guest pass and started bumming around in it.

Can't say I find it super thrilling so far. Combat is pretty cool for an mmo but "for an mmo" rings true. I'm playing as a valkyrie and I kick things which is cool and I have a choke slam ability which is cool, but I have most of my abilities unlocked and feeling pretty meh about the whole thing.

It's not even that good looking of an MMO. I think WoW is prettier.

I'm in Tokyo. Pewps I went to the nerd place. They love vending machines and arcade games. I didn't go to a maid Cafe because weird, but there's like fifty million. Flying to Malaysia tonight for beaches or whatever

I played WoW today for about two hours to unlock something in Hearthstone.

I've uninstalled it already.

Apparently the classes I was interested in aren't in the game yet. They were in the Korean version but they're releasing content in a different order here.

I found this out as I was hovering over the buy button.

Also apparently it takes forever to build a boat.

Supposedly the first installment comes out soon. I let my test week expire. Choke slamming people was super cool tho. Open roam MMO concept frightens me, I like my theme parks I guess.

I started playing with MMOs structured like this so I'm not too worried about that. I just don't think I have the patience like I used to, and even if I did, probably not the time.
