Birdman is good

Inherent vice is strange like David Lynch is wondering wtf. I don't know what the hell happened but worth if for Martin Short and Josh Brolin eating cigarette butts.

Guardians of the Galaxies is surprisingly fun.

Captain America 2 is turd buckets is buckets

Nightcrawler is great

John Wick is a masterpiece.

Snowpiercer built to a point where I thought there would be terrible things but then it was a whole bunch of equally terrible but different things happening.

also--been meaning to check out Gone Girl. I tried to read the book a while ago but couldn't. Fincher's camera probably beats Finn's prose, so I'll check the movie out.

Captain America 2 is probably the second best marbel film behind Guardians, which is quite a feat given how heavily it features Captain America #teambucky

John Wick came outta nowhere but shit was tight.

I haven't seen a thriller like that in a long time. It never stops fucking with you. I didn't see it in the theater, but I imagine every showing had one person stand up at least once and scream ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME.

Yeah, I've been thinking a lot about Birdman and I think I'm bumping it from "good" to "very good". I really liked that movie.

Seems like the best picture Oscar will go to Boyhood or Birdman. Hollywood loves movies about Hollywood, so Birdman could end up winning. I'd probably go with Boyhood, but couldn't complain about either.

Again people should see Nightcrawler.

King's Speech was so blatant. I didn't hear about Julianne Moore's movie so much. Gone GIrl though. Rosamund Pike.

Hurt Locker doesn't stand up either.

Happy American Sniper just won an award for sound editing because that movie seems so icky and doesn't need anymore validation.

Still Alice was not great, but I find Julianne Moore irritating. My fav part was seeing a lot of Columbia University and being able to say I'd been there.
