Why are there no games coming out until Battlefront?

Does battlefront even have a release date?

I'm actually a little disappointed about the bioware cancellation of their 4v1 game. Though it was bioware Austin so probably terrible.

Austin isn't doing so hot, best I can tell. I assume one of their games being canceled makes that obvious enough. It was a cool concept but I have so little faith in their basic decision making.

I would prefer to, but I have a friend who wants me to get it for the PS4 since he just got one.

Do you think Battlefront is going to be like the old ones? I get the feeling they're gonna make it a Battlefield with a Star Wars skin. I mean, I won't care if they do that but I imagine a lot of people would get mad about it

I am hoping it's gonna be L4D with Terminators. It's made by the guys who made EYE: Divine Cybermancy, which is essentially a Deus Ex / Warhammer crossover so they're already half-way there.

There was a leak that said hero units are in so that's one step in the right direction. That, space battles and good unit diversity (like droidekas) are what's important, I think. There's really no excuse if there ends up only being one era.

I assume it will be like a modern Battlefield as far as DLC and progression and all that. I don't think I've played a game like that before (I got Battlefield 3 for free but I've barely played it). Not fond of DLC packs that split your online playerbase.

Space Hulk looks cool.

I was reading something about the Order and somebody said it felt like the QTE sections were added in to make the game longer. I can't wait for QTEs to be dead. I enjoyed Tomb Raider more than most games of the past five years or so and it was marred by annoying QTEs, too. I think we'll look back on QTEs like we do having to write down passwords in lieu of saving, though at least those had a technical reason for existing.

I'm angry about Bloodbourne because I wish they'd put this much effort into an Armored Core game.

They are going to make Souls games until Armored Core is a figment of your imagination.

playing GOT game. Enjoying it a lot so far. I've heard the Borderlands game is good as well. Encouraging because I was disappointing with WD season 2 and Wolf Among US. God Transistor free on PS plus, finally going to try that out later.

I'm moderately looking forward to it, I'd probably be more excited if I actually had my PS4. It also feels like Dark Souls 2 came out like 2 months ago.

Currently I'm looking forward to Pillars of Eternity more. Expect some tier lists.
