I met this girl she's is very attractive, she've really cool and someone I would defently be firends with, but I just am not into black girls. So the questions is posed, would you date an Oreo. And I mean truly date, and enjoy her company. Not would you do/fuck/bang/donkeykong slam. Like you would want to date and in the future be in a relationship and then introuduce her to your family etc.

^^ WTF? Since when did skin colour dictate your tastes, interests, etc? I know there is a big "black culture" in the states, but here in the UK you generally can't tell what a person will like just based on their skin. We're a pretty crowded, mixed up little island...no room for segregation.

Yes. I'm not really understanding this: "but I just am not into black girls." if she's attractive, and cool, what's not to like? Would the cultural difference be too much for you? Are interracial couples looked down on in your area?

In Britain race isn't such an issue. We just aren't as segregated over here.

Hmm well this makes you racist. I could almost understand not being attracted to a certain race because of a trait or something(I am looking at you gypsies). But thinking it is impossible to have a legit relationship with a black girl because she is black is racist.

I don't know how that makes me a racist, I'm just thinking of the all the future problems it can arise, maybe Miami is just a super racist city, hell even Hispanics are prejudice against other Hispanics of different country origins. I had an issue once where my ex girlfriends mom was racist towards me and my mother was racist towards her. Yet my mom would put a smile on and say nothing mean to her face but behind her back called her pretty bad names. I guess more like I am realistic about where we still are. What is funny is I am of mixed race.

I think it's a mistake to ignore race. It's there. Trying to ignore somebody's origins is, in my opinion, disrespectful.

When people say that they don't see color, I call bullshit. No matter how much you think you are progressive or open-minded, the most shallow thing you can do is pretend that the black man and the white woman in front of you share a skin color.

The key is to respect it all. The diversity is beautiful, even if you aren't attracted to it. People are different, people are diverse, and race is one beautiful part about that.

Defo agree with ebado. Skin tone is just something like eye colour or hair colour, or a big nose, or nice cheekbones. Something that your eyes acknowledge, and you either like or you don't.

The greatest thing about Women, is that they're all different. And that's basically the reason why us men feel the need to sow our seed in as many places as possible.
