Is it legal for minors to download videos of other minors having sex?

Basically I was watching 20/20 and saw they were going around tacking people's IPs who had downloaded pedo shit on limewire, and they were arresting them.


I got to thinking when I was 15 I used limewire to watch 15 year old girls on webcams....If 20/20 had busted in my house 5 years ago what would have been the consequences?
