Plastic Surgery is getting better my friend. However, this helps spot without having to see skin man.

I can tell most of the time, If boobs look too perfect, or don't look like they match her body, then they ussually are, but honestly, what's the big deal, if they look good and feel good who cares. Real or fake tits that look ugly or feel bad suck.
