Yeah, it was actually quite refreshing to be the one saying "Tits or GTFO" for a change.

But seriously - the PC version is buggy as fuck and they still don't fix it.

Lame.

See, this is huge to me, because if you remember correctly, NWN was a complete ass-panda of a game when it first came out. And they patched it weekly sometimes with new IG content. I think in total there were like 60 patches. Yeah, the game was annoyingly buggy, but the stuck at it, and the community waited patiently, and it paid off.

SO why the hell they are pullling this crap is beyond me.

I am boycotting the entire ME Franchise, and am considering the same for Dragon Age.

KOTOR never got beyond 1.03 I believe, and that shit was poorly optimised.

Seriously - Valve make BioWare look second rate re game engines, and Blizzard make BioWare look third rate re patches.

That said, I think I'll play Mass Effect tonight.

I've never actually given it a good go - watched Salo play most of it and chipped in on occasion.

Nute Shepard was the hax.

Also: who bonked who? Salo picked Ashley - I will be picking Liara.

I pick Ashley every time I play the game. Her character always just seemed more self-reliant and headstrong... and I totally got the impression that she would be willing to take it in the ass.

Needless to say, that was more than enough of a reason to pick her.

QFT. Qual and I have discussed this as one of the main areas we are concerned for TOR about. WoW wasn't a polished game when it originally came out, but patches have served it well. BioWare have proven with ME and KOTOR that they are total lame-arses when it comes to cleaning up their own shit.

I'm currently downloading the patch to the Witcher, which upgrades some areas of the game, and overhauls others. The game was okay on release, but the devs weren't satisfied, compiled a list of the major issues the fans had, fixed them, and finally released a new version of the game (no more expensive than the previous version) and made the patch available to people who'd already bought the game.

The above is an example of giving a shit.

Nute was a total PWNZILLA.

Liara was annoying. Her blue skin couldn't hide the fact that she was naive as fuck.

Word.

I don't even bother conversing with her at all, I just let her sit at that little desk on the Normandy where she can double-click her mouse while I'm banging Ashley elsewhere on the ship.

I suppose I would have let Liara give me a rimjob while I was screwing Ashley from behind.

But here's to less annoying chicks in ME2.
